DESCRIPTION:The Plain Local Schools Foundation & Alumni Association is pleased to present the 2022 all-school ballet\, “Beauty and The Beast\,” choreographed and directed\, by Mrs. Jacquenette Blaydes. Plain Local dance and Saturday Enrichment students\, ages three years through 12th grade\, will perform an original choreographed performance featuring the story of Beauty and The Beast on November 18th and 19th. \nThere will be a 10:00am performance on Nov. 18th for all Plain Local 3rd grade students as part of the arts experiences offered to all elementary students within Plain Local. \nPublic performances will be Friday\, November 18th at 7:00pm and Saturday\, November 19th at 1:00pm\, 4:00pm\, and 7:00pm in the GlenOak High School Theater on the Abbey Foltz Stage. \nBalcony seats are $8.00\, upper and lower orchestra seats are $10.00 and balcony box seats are $14.00. \nClick here to purchase your tickets! \n*New this year!* This year we have partnered with a local florist company and our horticulture program at GlenOak to give families options for flowers.
